DMCA Policy

Arteta Dowman Praise respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent, as described below.

This policy outlines the information required to submit a valid DMCA notice to Arteta Dowman Praise and provides instructions for submitting a counter-notification if your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Arteta Dowman Praise, please notify our Copyright Agent. To file an effective DMCA notice, you must provide the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Clearly identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. This could be a link to the original work, a title, or a description.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide sufficient detail to enable Arteta Dowman Praise to locate the material that you claim is infringing. This typically includes a URL or specific location on our website where the material is found.
  3. Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Arteta Dowman Praise will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material that their content has been removed or disabled.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification must contain the following information:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific URL(s) or other unique identifying information of the material that Arteta Dowman Praise has removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • A statement of good faith belief: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Arteta Dowman Praise may be found.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Arteta Dowman Praise will send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.
